Delivery terms
General
Studio Sinua Oy (business ID 3468273-2) sells products to businesses and adults. These terms of delivery apply to ordering products from our online store as well as related deliveries.
Please note that these delivery terms may change without prior notice, so we encourage you to review our delivery terms each time before placing an order in our online store.
Delivery Time and Shipping Costs
Our jewelry is assembled upon order. We process and ship orders within 7 business days of their arrival. If you need urgent processing, please contact us by phone or email, and we will do our best to expedite the processing. The delivery time also depends on the size of the order. After shipment, the jewelry will arrive at your location within a maximum of 5 business days.
Please be aware that seasonal factors, public holidays, and other reasons beyond our control may affect delivery times.
Shipping costs will be automatically added to your order total. You will see the shipping costs charged for your order in your shopping cart before you confirm the order.
Shipping Costs in Finland

Post Small Package €5.70
You will receive the package from your postal carrier, depending on the size of the package, either in your mailbox or at your front door. Delivery within a maximum of 5 business days after shipping. You can track the shipment online or via the OmaPosti app. -
Post Package €7.40
Delivery to a Post package machine or service point. Delivery within 1-3 business days after shipping. You can track the shipment online or via the OmaPosti app. -
Express Package for Individuals/Businesses €11.20
Delivery directly to your door without prior notice, generally by the next business day after shipping. It will be handed over against a receipt.
For orders over €80, we offer free delivery as a Posti Small Parcel or Post Parcel. If you prefer Express delivery, we will charge delivery fees according to our price list. If the order value falls below €80after a return, we will charge delivery fees based on the original delivery method.
Delivery to Other EU Countries
We deliver shipments to other EU countries as Priority letter shipments, starting at €6.90. The price is determined by weight.
Letter weight:
Max. 100g = €6.90
100-250g = €10.30
250-500g = €17.20
For orders over €80, we offer free delivery. Priority letter shipments do not include tracking.
As a customer, you are responsible for the accuracy of the delivery information you provide.
Tracking Your Delivery
When your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email at the address you provided when placing the order.
If you do not receive an order or shipping confirmation, please check your spam folder and then contact our customer service.
Returns and Complaints
As a consumer customer, you have the right to a 14-day return and cancellation period according to Finnish consumer protection law. The right to return applies only to undamaged, unused, and sellable products in their original packaging. You must notify us of your order cancellation or product return no later than 14 days after receiving the product.
Returns from Finland
We charge a processing fee of €6.90 for returns, which will be deducted from your refund. The return shipment itself is free for the customer.
Please pack the product carefully in its original packaging or a similarly clean package. If you use the original packaging for the order, remember to cover the original shipping labels.
For returns, please primarily use the return address label that came with the shipment.
If you do not have the return address label, please write the address details and the customer return code on the package:

Take the return to a Post service point, where you will also receive a receipt for your return. If the return is lost in the mail, we cannot compensate for it unless the sender can present a receipt for the return.
Please write a reason for the return along with the return, so we can improve our services. Also, include either the original order slip or your contact details and order number written on a note.
If you purchased the product from somewhere other than our online store, the return/complaint must be made through the store where the product was purchased.
Please note that wood is a natural material, so the wood grains may subtly show through the color.

Inspection of Shipment and Problem Situations
Please check the delivery as soon as you receive it. If the product is lost or damaged during transport or does not correspond to your order or is incorrect, please notify us as soon as possible, and no later than 14 days from the receipt, so we can agree on how to rectify the issue. In consumer sales, we adhere to the regulations set for handling errors.
Payment Terms Payment Service Provider
The payment intermediary service is provided by Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and financial institutions. Paytrail Oyj will appear as the payee on your bank statement or card invoice and will forward the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a license as a payment institution. In case of complaints, please primarily contact the product supplier.
